You MUST provide a valid contact telephone number (preferred) and/or a valid email address
in your session request in order for your request to be considered.
Cancellation and "No Show" Policy
When scheduling a private session, please understand that I am committing time from my schedule to accommodate your session.
In all fairness, you should feel a sense of commitment to that time as well. If you are unable to keep your scheduled
appointment, you should notify me by telephone as soon as possible, so that I might offer the time I made available for your
session to someone else.
If you do not notify me at least 24 hours prior to your scheduled session, you are obligated for the full cost of the
Likewise, if you do not show for your session, you are also obligated to pay for the full cost of your session.
If you are unable to accept these terms, it is best that you consider not scheduling a session with me in the first place.
Session Confirmation Procedure
In order to reduce the number of "last minute" cancellations and "no show" appointments, the following Session
Confirmation Procedure will apply to all requested sessions.
I will attempt to contact you via telephone to request confirmation of your requested session between 24 hours to 48
hours prior to your scheduled session. I must receive an RSVP to the session confirmation at least 24 hours prior
to your scheduled session in order for me to hold the session time open for you.
If you are unable or unwilling to provide telephone contact information, I will attempt to contact you via
email. Again, I must receive an RSVP to the session confirmation at least 24 hours prior to your scheduled session in
order for me to hold the session time open for you.
If your session is not confirmed via an RSVP to my request at least 24 hours prior to your scheduled session, your
session time will be considered "unconfirmed" and will be offered to another client.
